Privacy Policy

The short version

Revenuor is a local-first app. The business data you create in the app — clients, estimates, jobs, and invoices — is stored on your device. The app does not require an account, and you do not need to hand us your data to use it.

Data in the Revenuor app

The Revenuor iPhone and iPad app stores the information you enter — such as your business details, logo, client information, line items, estimates, jobs, and invoices — locally on your device. There is no sign-up, no login, and no Revenuor account.

When you share an estimate or invoice PDF, it is sent through the sharing method you choose (such as your email or messaging app). That transmission is handled by the app you select, under that app's own terms.

Data on this website

If you subscribe to product updates on revenuor.com, we store the email address you provide and use it only to send you updates about Revenuor. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

Standard web server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) may be generated as part of operating the website.

The free tools on this site

The free calculators and generators on revenuor.com run entirely in your browser. The values you enter — prices, customer names, project details, message text, terms, and payment amounts — are processed on your device, are never sent to or stored on our servers, and are not logged or added to analytics. When you leave the page, they're gone.

Purchases

Purchases of Revenuor are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not require an account to use the app.
• We do not upload the business data you create in the app to our servers.

Your device, your responsibility

Because your data lives on your device, protecting the device (passcode, Face ID, iOS updates, and device backups) is the primary way your business data stays safe. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
