1. Agreement

By downloading or using the Revenuor app for iPhone and iPad, or by using the revenuor.com website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the website.

2. The app

Revenuor is a tool for creating estimates, scheduling jobs, managing clients, and generating invoices. It stores your data locally on your device and does not require an account.

Purchases and any in-app pricing are processed by Apple through the App Store and are additionally subject to Apple's standard terms.

3. Your content and your business

You own the data you enter into Revenuor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the estimates and invoices you create — including prices, taxes, and any legal requirements that apply to invoices in your jurisdiction.

Revenuor calculates totals from the values you enter, but it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Consult a professional for tax and compliance questions.

4. Data and backups

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your device and its backups. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app or website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, or misrepresent documents generated with Revenuor as issued by anyone other than your business.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenuor and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website, including loss of data or business.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the app or website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
